Nina Cerviatti
Nina is a seasoned wellness and fitness instructor.
She received her 200 hour yoga teacher training more than 12 years ago and further advanced her training through certifications in: Pilates,Vinyasa Yoga,
Meridian Yoga, and Color Me Yoga for Kids.

She continued to expand her expertise and passion for fitness with a Pilates certification in 2005. To offer a more eclectic blend of classes, she received her Zumba Certification in 2007 and Zumba Gold in 2008
In 2013 she obtained her Therapeutic Qi-Gong certification and in 2014, her Tai-Chi Certification, Recovery Coach 2015,
2016 Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher Training
She has obtained advanced training in Reiki and
other hands on healing techniques.

Her experience includes teaching classes for WPI, MASS Academy, Rutland and Holden Recreation, YMCA and the YWCA Wellness Coordinator, Worcester Academy, Quinsigamong Community College, City of Worcester, Family Health Center, UMASS Memorial and served as the Wellness Director at Spring Hill Recovery Center and Wellness Counselor for Recovery Centers of America.
